NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES of IT equipment are available once your order is confirmed.
Zulend reserve the right to request full payment if you have changed your mind. Customer shall be responsible for all the necessary expenses incurred, such as postage or any delivery costs in connection with any return or exchange made.
Customer may request for the exchange of the IT equipment within 24 hours of delivery on which the IT equipment is delivered with the following cases:
Defective IT equipment which are not attributable to customer. Wrong item received.
Return items will be processed and delivered out within 2 working days from the date of received.
In the event the exchange requests do not notify us earlier through email or live chat, the returning proceedings will NOT be entertained.
In the event the request for exchange is made and the relevant IT equipment is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace with alternative version of the item to customer.
If a customer wishes to terminate a contract before it expires without a particular reason, he/she is required to pay 50% of the remaining rental.
At Zulend, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our IT equipment and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your rental. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every rental a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
